Program 1 - Improve & Maintain Your Mental Well-being
Program 1: ND7 Assessment & Self study
Signing up for Program 1 gives you unlimited access to the ND7 survey (called the ND7 Thermometer) for 3 months. The cost: $30 total for the 3 months.
Our resources – Ndestrucible7 book and workbook – can assist you in your self-guided journey to improving, or maintaining, a rock solid ND7 mental wellness score and lifestyle! See our resources section of this website located on the home page for links to purchase the book or workbook (additional cost).
Join a Group or Schedule a Session
Add one-on-one coaching or an ND7 group to further advance your overall mental wellness.
See our Prime Coaches section of this website located on the home page for further details about what our ND7 Network of Coaches are currently offering). There you will also find links that will allow you to reach out to our ND7 Network of Coaches to schedule. Please note, that each Coach independently runs their coaching programs/businesses, and thus their fees and processes vary.

Program 2 - Become a Certified ND7 Coach!
In 6 sessions become certified as an Ndestructible 7 Mental Wellness Life Coach. Please click the application button below, fill out the form, and the Ndestructible7 team will reach out to you regarding the next training opportunity.
Use this certification for your organization or in your own coaching business. Involves six 90-minute training sessions (virtual sessions in a group conference format).
The cost is $840 for the training (which can be paid overtime such as $140 per training session). Current promotions for the training include:
- Customizing the Training – a current popular choice for individuals is a format that includes a combination of group participation (in a group on Tuesdays from 11:30am – 12:30pm) and one-on-ones with Dr. Doster. The Tuesday group is immediately available for those interested in this option. And for the final format: Dr. Doster can do the training completely one-on-one.
- Scholarships are currently available (ask Dr. Doster).
- Unlimited access to the ND7 Thermometer throughout the course of the Training at no additional charge.
The curriculum includes:
- The theory underlying Ndestructible 7: Mental Wellness
- The 7 targets that equip us for maintenance of emotional well being
- The faith-based principles for further strengthening and empowering us in our mental well-being journey
- The basic principles of leading an ND7 group
Program 3 - Join the Network & Bless Others
ND7 Prime are the Top-Tier Coaches and leaders in the Ndestructible7 Network.
As a Prime Coach, you will lead group and individual meetings; helping others grow and heal! You will be advertised on the Ndestructible7 website and have access to other promotional events, products and opportunities as they become available (i.e. discounts or scholarships for membership, further training, business consultation, etc.).
The cost of the ND7 Prime Coach Membership is $240 per year ($20 per month).
